Founded in 1992, Austin/Jones Corp. began humbly with two dedicated partners. Steve Jones and Randy Austin combined their unique skill sets and experience into one Vision. Adhering to this Vision of quality and reliability, Austin/Jones Corp. grew steadily.
What started as a partnership of two individuals in 1992 has grown to a team of over 80 people today. A cohesive team that successfully operates in 10 different states.
While the core tenets of our original Vision remain, it has evolved over time. Our dedication to this modern, people-centric Vision continues to drive client satisfaction. Serving our clients with these values in mind has led to 90% of our projects coming from repeat clients.

RANDY AUSTIN, President
Born in rural Indiana Randy was raised in a family of cement masons, where he was taught the discipline of hard work and dedication at an early age. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in construction engineering and upon graduating he gained experience working for large general contractors as a project manager. In 1992 Randy utilized his expertise in project management & project supervision to start Austin/Jones Corp. Randy has been one of the driving forces behind quality control and developing AJC's repeatable methodology.
STEVE JONES, CEO/Treasurer
Steve graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS degree in Construction Management before returning to his native Southern California. Upon graduation he began gaining experience working for large general contractors as an estimator and engineer. Before long his knack for estimating elevated him to Chief Estimator. In 1992 he ventured out to start Austin/Jones Corp. The same dedication and hard work that elevated his career early on contributed to the success of Austin/Jones Corp.
Manny Addai, COO
Manny has multidiscipline project experience in public works construction, commercial construction, mechanical systems, and underground utilities. He has consistently maintained a reputation for excellence in Construction Management over the last 20 years while building solid relationships with customers, subcontractors, and engineers. A key to his success and his primary goal on every project is continued safety awareness while utilizing his experience to deliver a safe, cost-efficient project to the customer in a timely manner.
Andrew Austin, CFO
Along with a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Maine, Andrew has succeeded in project management, R&D, financial management, and IT systems architecture in multiple industries. Andrew brings to Austin/Jones Corp. a fresh perspective on organizational development and innovation. He pledges to uphold the values that have been instrumental to the company's past success, while at the same time guiding it far into the future.
Robert Lambaren, Chief Estimator
Robert has estimated projects from the schematic and diagrammatic phase to plan check and 100% drawings. With more than 20 years of construction supervision, management, and estimating experience, Robert ensures that he and staff produce accurate bids for our clients. Robert is experienced with subcontractor bid solicitation, invitation, and distribution of bid documents. His analysis of project bid documents, review of subcontractor trade bids, and creation of general conditions budgets all come together for complete and accurate bids.
Ramon Prado, Sr. Field Operations Manager
As AJC’s field operations team leader, Ramon acts as coach and mentor to AJC's outstanding Superintendents and field crews. For over 22 years, Ramon has championed efforts to improve quality, consistency, and safety, and when it comes to the company's operational standards and core values, there is no one who better exemplifies the high ideals of Austin/Jones Corp.
Kenisha Joseph, Controller
Kenisha has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Construction Project Management Certificate, both from California State University at Dominguez Hills. She has over 10 years’ experience in accounting and human resources management. Kenisha is a team player who has a knack for problem solving and attention to detail. She is familiar with all types of construction projects and understands the key elements needed to ensure successful completion. She is committed to ensuring the longevity of Austin/Jones Corp. by exceeding all expectations.
Yvonne Bell, Sr. Project Manager
Yvonne has over 15 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry with a clear emphasis on large-scale commercial work. Her qualifications include a Master of Arts degree in organizational management, experience as a certified paralegal, and LEED accreditation. Yvonne is determined to ensure Austin/Jones Corp.'s continued success through relationship development and comprehensive understanding of clients' needs.
John Casey, Sr. Project Manager
John has years of success in General Contracting and Construction Management, Business Development, and Project Supervision based upon being professional, resourceful, diplomatic, and responsive to today's changing business environment. He is a creative and strategic thinker with "hands-on", detail-oriented implementation skills. His extensive experience and spirit have allowed him to develop leadership skills to work both independently and as a team player.
Bryan Holder, Sr. Project Executive
Bryan brings over 15 years of experience in Business Development and Client Relations, with a background in Team Management within corporate America and with small businesses. Bryan also has several years of experience with the Commercial Paving & Site Work aspect of construction. Bryan is very detail-oriented and brings a high level of managerial and organizational skills to the Austin/Jones Corp. team. Bryan is also committed to ensuring Safety and to Subcontractor Development, to promote growth into the future.
